Where are we?
Horský domov Herlíkovice, a recreational spot in the mountains, lies at the edge of Strážné, in the sout-west part of the Krkonoše mountains. The premises dispose of three buildings in the vicinity of each other, and offer lovely views of the other Krkonoše mountain peaks. There is also an evangelic church built in 1904 nearby, which today serves as a place of prayer for the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren congregation in Vrchlabí.
Horský domov is owned by the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren, which operated the place until September 2016. Since May 2017, we decided to operate Horský domov ourselves.
Who are we?
We are Olga and Benjamin Klinecký, and we both grew up in the church. Our joint dream was to have a bed & breakfast or a restaurant and thus create a place to which people will return. The combination of Horský domov in the picturesque Krkonoše mountains and our dream is a great and irresistible challenge to us. We want to create a place to meet and rest for you, in a beautiful countryside, where you will truly feel at home. A fully booked Horský domov serving for the meetings of friends, families, congregations, churches, schools and all others will be our dream come true.
